An onlooker who recently saw Kate Moss and Kelly Osborne out partying the other night had quite the story to tell. In their story, the source included, “Kate and Kelly had to be helped to their car as they looked very unsteady on their feet. It must have been a good night.” And oh, what a night it appeared to be.
